A neighborhood coffee house where the espresso is pulled with care and the pastries disappear before noon.
Coffee Cottage opened on the north side of Post Falls because this neighborhood deserved a place to land. Not a chain, not a drive-through — somewhere you could sit with a book and not feel rushed.
Every drink is made by hand. We pull our shots on a La Marzocco, steam our milk to 140°, and rotate our drip beans each week based on what's arriving from our importers.
The baked goods come out of the oven by 6am and are usually gone by mid-morning. That's not marketing — it's just what happens when the cardamom buns are that good.
