House lavender syrup, espresso, and oat milk. Floral and grounded.

House-made lavender syrup steeped from organic dried buds, combined with two shots of our medium-roast espresso and oat milk steamed to a gentle 140°. The lavender is floral but restrained — a background note, not a perfume. Finished with a single dried bud floating on foam.
